Transferring a Website:

This option is designed for those that wish for us to transfer their existing website to Save N Host. There is no charge for this service; however, you will first need to have purchased a hosting plan to accommodate your website.

Transferring your website will allow you the added benefits of using Maintenance Options 1, 2 & 3, thus saving you money on future maintenance costs. This would also eliminate the need for the set up/assessment fee associated with Option 4, as we would be familiarizing ourselves with your site during the transfer process.

Before selecting this option, please be sure you have purchased an appropriate hosting plan at Save N Host. Contact us if you're unsure which plan to purchase.

This option is only valid if selected within 30 days of purchasing a hosting plan and covers the transfer of one website. Additional transfers or transfers requested after 30 days of purchase will require contacting us for a quote.

Option 1:

For existing hosting clients of Save N Host

This option is allows a few pictorial changes, link additions, textual changes and other simple updates taking no more than 1 hour.

Before ordering any option, please submit a support ticket to verify that this is the right option for your updates.

Options are not only defined by the work afore mentioned, but also by time required to complete the work. Therefore, a higher option may be required even if the changes you require fit only that of a lower option.

Option 2:

For existing hosting clients of Save N Host

This option is allows a few pictorial changes, link additions, textual changes and other simple updates taking no more than 1 hour, plus simple graphic design editing or creation (e.g. changing buttons, header, or other page elements), uploading media files and re-configuration of audio or video players currently in use.

This option may also be used when Option 1 updates require more than one hour.

Option 3:

For existing hosting clients of Save N Host

Though rarely ever used, this option includes changing all the features mentioned in Options 1 & 2 and is for when those changes are extensive.

Option 4:

For clients that host their site elsewhere

Since we will need to familiarize ourselves with your site, a setup/assessment fee of $30.00 will be charged along with 1 hour of standard service. Our standard service rate is $35 per hour. This option is the first step toward changing any features mentioned in Options 1 & 2.

Selecting this option will allow you to provide us the URL/address to the website you would like updated, as well as a place to leave a summary of the changes you desire. After we assessed your site, we will be able to submit to you a quote for the work you have requested. You will then have the option as to whether or not to proceed.

The fees for this quote service are not refundable should you decide not to proceed; however, should you decide to proceed, we will issue a $30 credit back to your account. This credit will be applied to any future invoices.
